Andrew is a senior associate and solicitor advocate within the Employment Law team, based in Glasgow.
Andrew is an accredited specialist in employment law and only one of eight accredited specialists in discrimination law. He advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, workplace discrimination and settlement agreements. He acts for clients at all stages of the employment relationship including representation before Employment Tribunals. He has a particular interest in the Equality Act 2010 and its impact on the workplace environment.
Andrew also regularly advises Registrants on Regulatory and Disciplinary Law issues and represents Registrants who have been referred to their respective Regulatory Disciplinary Committee, including the Nursing and Midwifery Council, Scottish Social Services Council and General Teaching Council of Scotland.
