Lachlan advises and assists on a broad range of corporate transactions and advisory matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, group reorganisations, and corporate governance.
Lachlan joined the firm in 2023 as a trainee solicitor after completing his LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow. Before qualifying in the Corporate Finance team, he gained experience in Contentious Construction and Commercial Real Estate.
